3 Order Process
Our order process ensures accuracy and quality in every custom manufacturing request:
All orders require written confirmation and may be subject to minimum quantity requirements. Custom specifications must be provided in writing with technical drawings when applicable.
Order modifications or cancellations must be requested before production begins and may be subject to additional charges.
4 Pricing & Payment

5 Warranty Terms
All AirFlow Pro products are backed by our comprehensive one-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use conditions.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and delivery speed. Insurance coverage is included for all shipments over $1,000.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
7 Liability & Limitations
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.
Products must be used according to specifications and industry standards. Misuse voids all warranties and liability coverage.
8 Intellectual Property
All designs, specifications, and proprietary information remain the property of AirFlow Pro. Customer designs are protected under confidentiality agreements.
Reverse engineering or copying of our products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9 Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Existing orders will be completed unless otherwise agreed.
Outstanding payments remain due after termination. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
10 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AirFlow Pro is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
International customers agree to jurisdiction in our home courts for any legal proceedings.
11 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to active customers.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
